Fridge Oats

For those of you who love hot oatmeal, but don’t have time to make it in the morning or prefer something cooler on a hot day, Fridge Oats are a quick and easy breakfast that you can prepare the night before and leave overnight in your fridge. The next morning, your oatmeal is ready!

All you need is:

6 oz. yogurt (I scooped out a Chobani cup)

1/2 cup oats (not the instant kind)

1/2 cup milk (I prefer soy milk, but you can use almond or regular)

Mix together and leave in refrigerator overnight. If youโ€™re using plain yogurt, I recommend a little honey or fruit compote to make things a little sweeter.

When you take it out of the fridge the next morning, you can eat it plain or top with fresh fruit, granola, or whatever else youโ€™d like. If you find that the oats are too thick for your liking, you can always add some more milk to get things a little smoother.
